    I’ve had two cups of coffee, and at this moment, I am absolutely convinced State will crush their enemies, see them driven before them, and hear the lamentations of their women.

    I will probably feel differently in a week and a half. But right now, I’m convinced we’re ready to join the NFL.

    Proof positive that the bowl system is ridiculous!

    That said, I think Doeren will have done a damned fine job if he gets us to 5-7.

    No Wolfpack football coach, in my mind anyway, has had a fine season at 5-7.

    A “fine job” and a “fine season” are not necessarily the same thing.

    Agreed, but the Wolfpack isn’t Athens Drive playing in the SEC.
