I assume we’re pulling for Duke here.

Doesn’t matter really. Duke’s still going to have great numbers.

We play both Duke and Miami only once each IIRC, so it’s basically a wash either way as far as RPI.

Again, Duke not looking very solid. Who have they beat again? Perimeter oriented but only Cook to knock down shots.

Wisconsin, Michigan st, Stanford, UConn…off the top of my head.

    K seems stuck on 997.

Duke has plenty of good wins:

Michigan St., Temple, Stanford, Wisconsin, and Connecticut.

They’ll be fine. Freshmen & co. have to adjust to the new blueprint to beat them.

They are, however, staring straight down the barrel of 3 consecutive losses though w/ the upcoming trip to Louisville.

Wow, that actually made me feel bad seeing that girl on the verge of tears. Makes my heart swell that there are still folks that care that much.

Keep in mind that Miami lost at home by 28 to Eastern Kentucky a few weeks ago.

    College basketball, everybody.

Duke off one day rest, but handled in the same fashion–Miami looking sharp and pulling an NC State. Are they another ACC dark horse? 🙂

This is the correct long-term view. But the change from yesterday to today was negative for State. Not much of a change (ranking 32->33, SOS still 7), but still a change.

When a team you play twice is matched up against a team that you play only once, it is better if your home/home opponent wins. Once again it doesn’t make a lot of difference, so I’m still going to pull against UNC.

Our neighbors are looking more like doggies than dookies the last four minutes…

Down 20 in Cameron.. they close the gap to down just SIXTEEN…
    Coach K ain’t happy…

But with Plumblee playing most of the last 8 minutes…
who would be other than Mr. and Mrs. Plumblee…

Larrinaga on the other hand does seem to have a knack at finding and getting Point Guards…
Lecompte looked like a Senior tonight…

Its starting to look a little like the old 8 team Atlantic Coast Conference – at least among the upper Eight…
on any given night – anybody can win…

So you GOTT to take ’em one at a time…
and the HOLES come to Rawlee tomorrow night…

That’s the only one I’m thinking about..
