This is just not a game he can afford to lose. The seat wouldn’t necessarily be hot but it would certainly be warm. I mean, you’d have to wonder what the freak is going on if we lost this one. There really would be no excuse for it. Wake is that bad.
I’m not sure what world some are in, but I feel like I pay close enough attention nationally to know going 1-15 in two years is not good. And in fact a good many places would have nothing of it. That’s probably not the case here as unfortunately we have become a lightweight on the gridiron, but dudes he sure wouldn’t survive a third with similar results. At the end of the day, no matter how much you or I or DY loves him, it IS most definitely a results based business.
Let’s hope we don’t get there. This is a big rung in the ladder.
