I sure hope Coach DD can keep the team thinking positive and playing hard for Wake and UNCheat. Wake is having a bad season, but they have been playing better and State has had trouble beating the Deacs. Isn’t it the oldest college game in the state? It may not rank up there with some of the other rivalry games, but I know Wake takes it seriously. Most of the games have been hard fought, with close scores.
State can’t give up pick-6’s and allow long runs up the middle by untouched running backs.
A bowl game of any sort would put smiles on a lot of faces. And lord knows they need the extra practice days.
