Whenever you use a timeout because the wrong personnel is on the field, and especially out of a timeout, it’s absolutely a coaching issue.
Kids are kids sometimes. I think that person not being on the field was a focus issue on the player and not the coaching staff. Could be wrong but one thing I’m REALLY getting tired of is the constant nasty negative attitude towards a staff that was left NOTHING to work with by TOB, and yet you expect them to win EVERY game in their second year!!! Here’s my take, If you’re so damned smart why aren’t you on the sidelines????? Cut ’em some slack, that team played their heart out today, they were playing the #1 defense in the nation and did pretty darned well, the offense scored more points than Clempson did last week, and for the most part the defense played them just as well as Clempson’s defense did. I’d say that was tons more progress than I expected this week. I thought we could have gone to lou and got blown off the field but that didn’t happen.
