I’ve never been one that wanted to hold people back.
If a man can do better somewhere else… you need to help him move…
But basketball practice officially starts in six weeks and it would have been ‘high risk’ to go looking for a ‘replacement’ this time of year… Team chemistry and stability among coaches is paramount with the kids.
