I went to the coaches caravan in CLT this week. There was a lot of talk about the new alt helmet. Doeren said that helmet was the tipping point in the decision of a significant recruit who committed on Tuesday. He said that he couldn’t mention names, but that “StateFans.com could probably figure out who it was pretty quick”. DY acknowledged the fact that we’re 0-forever in black.
