I think this program will probably remain mediocre under DD if you look at how the Wolfpack has done overall since he came in. The OOC schedule, most of it at home, is made for easy wins against teams that most Pack fans don’t care to see. It may upgrade a little with WVU in September, but there are plenty of chances every season to win 8 or 9 games when 4 or 5 are all but guaranteed W’s.
I do feel exactly the way I spoke. Until there are changes from above the coaching levels here at NCSU, I just don’t see any upgrade of the football program anytime soon.
