My prediction was that the Cubs will take the series. However, in view of the events of around 1:00 PM today, that may be in doubt. The Bag Lady’s Blackberry done been “subpeoned”…..I say CONFISCATED by the FBI. What evil is in it….I am NOT a liberty to divulge. However, it did move a certain high ranking official in the FBI to “reopen” his “Closed…(Wink, Wink…) investigation. The political intrigue of an Ex Republican State Senator from GA, who defended some companies for “neferious” accounting procedures and other “Big Boy W$ Feces Shenanigans”….and who, eventually, became the FBI Director for two of the most (Personal opinion….and that goes way back to the Nixon days) corrupt US Attorney Generals in the history of the office is what makes our system so unique.
NOW, since a certain candidate wanted her Cubs to WIN….so she could capture Joe Six Pack’s vote and be “One of the boys”….was already a DONE deal. BUT, Humorous Aid&Abet, done got her personal emails exposed….sort of poetic justice. I wonder if her estranged (and he really is a bit strange) husband, Mr. Oscar Meyer Weiner was SEXTING the 15 YO daughter of a fellow Deplorable. I’m betting on that.
You only have to have one MORE run than the other team to win. I thought that the Cubbies were going to pull it off….even brought in BILL MURRAY to lead the singing. NOPE, not the way the script was rewritten, very hastily, this afternoon.
Each team got a road win….so tomorrow night, the REAL pressure is on the Cubbies (or whenever they play again). Probably go 4 & 2….but “you never know”….
