First Four Tuesday Game Thread
Yeah, it’s just for the right to get massacred by Louisville, but the Aggies and Fightin’ Falwells are putting on a pretty entertaining offensive show.
Plus mystery teams Middle TN and St. Mary’s later tonight!
Hey, it still beats the NIT (Robert Morris spanking KY is pretty funny though).

I agree, this has been entertaining – and a tight finish.
Hope A&T can hang on …
And they did!
Good game …
The Aggies’ coach was a pretty good sideline interview too.
I really enjoy the format of two preliminary games on Tue and Wed. Good viewing and good for the tourney itself. 68 is ideal.
I am watching Ryan Harrow and Julius Mays play tonight in the NIT for KY. There is so much I could say about that statement, but I will just let sleeping dogs lie and “enjoy” the game.
Sad, I actually forgot these games were being played tonight.
I don’t have a problem with the format with the “first four” as long as we’re not in ‘em.
Congrats to A&T.
Florida State goes down at home to Louisiana Tech.
So Maryland wins and FSU loses. UVA is starting slow…shocker.
Color Man “I don’t know if Ryan Harrow is good enough with those guys coming in.”
Kentucky rallying against the Colonials …
I’m glad A&T won. I think the winner of the 2nd game moves on and beats Memphis as well. I hope the Pack is ready for Friday. I’ve got this crazy ass feeling that we are going to do something special in the tournament.
Good for A&T. Wish Central were there in their place but happy for the Aggies that they’ve made the main tournament.
Central had a really good season. Unfortunate they couldn’t make it.
RMU-Kentucky down to the wire
And Kentucky goes home.
Robert Morris 59
Kentucky 57 – FINAL
LOLLER. I bet Andrew Wiggins just got a higher salary offer from Lexington.
Wonder how long it’s been since UK had no post season wins?
Pretty sure Gillispie did that once.
Calamari and’ol Roy – 2 peas in a pod.
Either 1st round NBA talent or nuthin’.
I just HATE it for Harrow. Mays had a decent year and could play some more overseas.
I’m waiting to fill in one bracket – taking Middle to S16 if they win tonight. Otherwise Memphis.
Methinks SMC is too soft and unathletic to pull upsets later in the week.
Ugly first half. The 16 play-in was much more entertaining.
But what can I do, go to sleep? Ha!
Interesting: @JonKyForward: Calipari says on Ryan Harrow’s future: “We’ll have an individual meeting and talk about it.”
Can you imagine CJL and Harrow on the same team?
I’m totally rooting for Norfolk. Making a nice run at the plodding Hoos.
CJL has had his issues, but nothing compared to Harrows adventures at UK.
Middle Tennessee looks pretty awful. Neither team looks like an 11 seed.
You can’t say Calvin lacks for heart. He plays really hard, and doesn’t freeze up like Bubbleguts.
None of the NIT 1s look like an 11 seed, either. Weak year for bubble teams, period.
Second half looks a little better so far.
