Have you tried to renew your season basketball tickets online?
I would love any feedback that you may have on the process of renewing your season basketball tickets online. I’ve tried multiple times and can’t get anything from the system.
The following is a screen shot of the Men’s Basketball season ticket page. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I’ve had numerous problems in the past, but this time went quite smoothly. I believe I renewed this past Sat.
I renewed this weekend as well. Have you tried going through the Wolfpack club site?
I did it through the Wolfpack Club I think…I used the PIN and so forth that they sent me…first time I have done it online and it went well as far as I know.
I guess I’m old fashioned, but I never trust the online method. I work near the Wolfpack Club / Ticket Office, so I always drop off my printed applications in person.

You need to click on My Account tab, then click on Season Renewals. I admit it is a little hokey.
It is through gopack.com – the Wolfpack Club doesn’t process the ticket orders – that is the athletics dept.
I did all of that. None of it worked.
SFN received a tweet last night from someone letting us know that the site was down because they had opened a new system to the students yesterday and it screwed stuff up. Don’t know if that is true or not.
