Spring Football Open Thread – Replay of game on ESPNU Sunday at noon!
I didn’t go or watch on ESPN3…but if you did, please let us know what you saw and your overall impressions. I know it brought a huge smile to my face to see RW and TOB sharing an embrace on the front page of the sports section. Just don’t ask TOB about it, though!

Great crowd…atmosphere & fans..nothing better than a tailgate in the spring!
according to unc mathamatics there were 150,000 at the NC STATE spring game
the other 350,000 were in the bathroom
Were the LBs totally lost out there?
^ From the little bit I saw, not terrible. Propped up a bit by the DL and the DBs, perhaps…and definite room for improvement. But not a “shat the bed” performance, either.
At this point, I think that’s the best one could hope for. Whew.

Sterling Lucas looked pretty good at LB, the rest were average at best. Brandon Barnes had a couple of nice runs.
Anybody take any photos of the crowd, just for comparison’s sake ?
