2010-11 Wolfpack basketball schedule coming into focus
NC State’s 2010-2011 Basketball Schedule is completed, but the ACC offices are expected to wait until early to mid September to formally annouce the entire schedule. That hasn’t stopped us from talking about pieces of the schedule as we have learned of it. For example, we’ve previously discussed the following:
- Wisconsin (click here)
- Syracuse (click here)
- First ACC game vs a Big Four opponent (click here)
- Charleston Classic (click here)
With a big hat-tip to a Maryland Twitter account (link) the 2010-2011 ACC (and NC State) Basketball schedule is coming into focus. See below for Raycom Sports ACC Bsaketball sponsorship overview and ‘tentative’ ACC Basketball television schedule.

I really wish we could play Duke/UNC first. Otherwise, looks like an exciting schedule. How good is Arizona supposed to be?
Why are they waiting so long to release the schedule this year?
Arizona (Sean Miller) has done a great job of immediately recruiting successfully at Arizona. Although they did lose Nick Wise from last year. Great ‘national’ game no matter how good the Wildcats are expected to be.
A couple of tough OOC road games close to fall exam period… Glad to see a article related to Wolfpack Sports than the Butch Davis mess in Chapel Hill.
We need Georgetown and either Wofford or Charlotte at the Charleston Classic to help the OOC rpi.
Using last years rpi’s (i know it doesn’t mean squat for this year)there’s an awful lot of low end baggage.8 ooc teams this year average 240 using last years rpi.
