Ty Lawson: “70/40 (to stay in NBA Draft)”
You cannot make this stuff up. It is nice to know that “Curry Math” continues to be taught at Carolina. Just remember, Chris Washburn was at State almost 25 years ago.
Heck…while we are talking about Carolina athletes who are a little on the small side why don’t we also highlight that Dexter Reid was convicted on a felony drug conviction this week.
You probably remember Reid as a motor-mouth from the Tarheel secondary a few years ago who intentionally pushed a television camera man to the ground in the back of the Carter-Finley end zone during one of his appearances in Raleigh.
I guess I can understand his frustration in light of what happened to Reid in the front of the Carter-Finley end zone as evidenced by the following video.
Then again…Dexter Reid always had a penchant for getting knocked into next week by ball carriers.

Don’t you know that’s because you always give 110%?
Unless it’s Hansborough… then it adds up to 130%. 140% if it involves listening…
I love that last video where Dexter gets his world lit up.
“A beating of a lifetime”
BRILLIANT!
Lamentably, I think Carolina’s team GPA went UP a half point by him not taking summer classes.
I’m sorry for this off-topic post, but it is related … our old friend Marcus Vick has been arrested for DUI – among other things – this morning …
http://deadspin.com/5016194/marcus-vick-eager-to-take-spotlight-back-from-his-brother
I primarily link this story due to the awesome picture Deadspin used w/ the story … I personally had not seen it and laughed out loud for a solid 30 secs. or so … Most of you may have already seen it, but if not you should definitely check it out … It refers back to his final days as a Hokie and his previous run-in with the law … Hilarious!
Chances of brother Michael Vick getting arrested again later in life: 70/40
I can’t see videos here at the office, but I certainly hope that one of them is PR#17 running Dexter over here in Raleigh. It was a work of art watching Philip personally punk Dexter.
New tv show coming for the Vicks — called “Vicks of Hazzerd”
I can watch them RAWFS and one of the three is #17 punking that druggie Reid.
– Tim Russert of NBC News has died at the age of 58, the network says.
Pulmonary Thrombosis. Terrible news.
Maybe Ty is still inebriated. That can affect your ciphering skills.
In the linked video he says 60/40. What is the 70/40 reference about?
He says 60-40 in the video????
I hope JJ doesn’t let the door hit him in the ass on his way out of Raleigh and that he enjoys living in Italy.
