can’t see it or hear it…is it worth switching DE for Beck at this point?
ACC officiating, in every sport, is a disgrace to sports. I am not suggesting bias – the incompetence runs both ways.
Just a quick question: is there something to running out of the back of the end zone? Isn’t it a safety when a punter does it?

Well said StateFans – we don’t sound like we’ve got a clue at this point.
refs haven’t helped us, but we look awful. Point #6 above is our main problem imho. Let’s not talk too much about officials, start to sound like our neighbors. We just don’t look sharp today
That’s what it is going to take – a whole different team to come out in the second half.
LSU comes out and scores first drive, so Rebels are down 21-7, but they are driving.
Can’t believe how flat we look today. Maybe last week took too much out of them but we have no one to blame but ourselves in spite of the things mentioned above. DE throwing behind, under and over his receivers is the main problem at this point. Looks like he has enough time to me. Another question I have is why we have not kept the defensive pressure on Skinner especially after the big hit he took. We back off and rush 3 in a critical third down and give him like 10 minutes to throw. When we blitz we seem to be successful. The coaches don’t seem to be on top of their game today either. Let’s hope our team can rediscover who they are at half time.
This needs to be said: If not for Kirby Freeman, Daniel Evans is easily the most dreadful QB in ACC history; most certainly NC State history. It’s scarier than hell that he’s with us one more year.
There have been some questionable calls, as mentioned by SFN, but that’s not why we’re losing. This is bad.
If I were to judgw the efforts of the officials in the first half, then I would equally have to judge NC States football team. I really don’t want to do either, but I’ll just say lack of focus and wasted effort comes to mind.
It’s all my fault – I’m finally able to listen to a game live and this happens…
