These are friends of ours in a “mixed” (State-UNC) marriage. I’m also in a “mixed” marriage and we have a 4-month old son. He was wearing his State outfit on Sunday and I pray he’ll be like your son one day Rhett!
Fortunately for me my wife went to NCSU as well…
we had mr. and mrs wolf figures on our wedding cake, dresses were red for the bridesmaids, and red ties for the groomsmen!
Our kids won’t have a choice!! lol, and if they want to go to any school not called UNC-CH great, but if they do, I hope they get a big scholarship!
I’m sure y’all’s wives are wonderful women, but there is no way I would have married a Carolina girl in this world or any other one. This is why I don’t believe in mixed marriages. I don’t think children should have to hate on their mom. ;>)
That is GREAT!!! I have my first child on the way. I went to NCSU; my wife did undergrad at Wake and grad at EweNC. I absolutely cannot wait for her to see this clip. This is why our baby girl will NEVER be able to know her Mommy went to that ‘other school’! It will just have to be the dirty little secret of our family.
