Jay Davis = Class Act
I’ve been a little neglectful with getting things linked up on the blog this week, but didn’t want to pass on something that needed to be said.
If you didn’t get a chance to see or hear how dignified Jay Davis dealt with his demotion to back-up status behind Marcus Stone on the NC State depth chart, take a look here.
This kid deserves a heap of compliments for his maturity, perspective, and class. I hope Wolfpackers everywhere will take the opportunity to remember and incorporate this into their assessment and memories of Davis.

You are 100% correct. Davis has shown nothing but class during some of the toughest times a college football player will see. But it does not change the fact that he is not a top level division one QB, and right now State needs that more than anything else!
Absolutely….we should be able to recruit greater talent at the QB position.
