One thing you overlook in your chart is that Sendek is 1-1 against SC in OOC play. Granted you are talking about *ACC* but it is an interesting side-note.

Can’t tell if you can see it…but the USC OOC record is footnoted in the chart.
Why is the percentage for other teams against FSU N/A? They have been in the league quite awhile.
FSU got into the league AFTER 1990. No way to compare conference performance against a team not in the conference.

I think you should go ahead and include the Les Robinson years. Yes, they were difficult years, but they did happen. I don’t think it will hurt your case too much and it will make your table more honest.
