Pack Continues Mastery of Tech

* NC State finally wins a game decided by less than 3 points and continues our mastery of Georgia Tech!

* The Pack’s RPI should now improve from triple digits to double digits. (It did. State’s RPI is now #96)

* The Good, Bad, Ugly from R&WState

* In Herb Sendek’s 9 years in Raleigh, he has compiled a winning percentage significantly below the average of the NC State program against every Atlantic Coast Conference team except for Georgia Tech. The trend continues…

One thing you overlook in your chart is that Sendek is 1-1 against SC in OOC play. Granted you are talking about *ACC* but it is an interesting side-note.

    Alpha,

Can’t tell if you can see it…but the USC OOC record is footnoted in the chart.

Why is the percentage for other teams against FSU N/A? They have been in the league quite awhile.

FSU got into the league AFTER 1990. No way to compare conference performance against a team not in the conference.

I think you should go ahead and include the Les Robinson years. Yes, they were difficult years, but they did happen. I don’t think it will hurt your case too much and it will make your table more honest.
