Let’s do the marketing department’s job for them!

I’m less than creative, but I like this, to meld our technological bent with the hope of transcending our WTNY history/culture:

“NC State. The future starts now.”

I always like this although the syntax is a bit off.

“This is Much More Than Red”.

You can parlay that into the University’s Academic goals as well.
