Big credit to Malik McDonald at 197 who wrestled the #2 ranked and 2014 NCAA Champion J’Den Cox. Malik lost 5-1, but kept the team score within reach for Gwiz to secure the team win with a tech fall or pin.

Thanks MrPlywood. I was not able to make it to Raleigh Sunday, but I did listen to the audio coverage. The announcer just went on and on about the great job that Malik McDonald did to not allow bonus points…and what else is there to say about Gwiz? What an awesome performance!
