On the plus side… our defensive was excellent for the most part – except for the situations where bigs didn’t want to rotate on screens near the 3-point line.
On the downside… we weren’t sharing the ball well – it’s ridiculous how many fast breaks didn’t end in a good pass and close shot, but ended with a hail mary shot with or with out a foul.
I really think we need Tyler Lewis back. Barber is really a scorer – he’s not getting the other players involved, which results in a stagnant offense. Gottfried should have played them together last year.
We have so many great bigs this year, that we need great passing on the guard spot.
