    Seems like another good hire based on resume. We’ll see how it impacts performance and recruiting over the next couple of years.

    I have given DD a ton of crap for 3 years but man he gets my attention and respect with these past 2 hires.

    We needed a gimmicky air it out offense in Raleigh and it seems we will have that with the OC and we need a creative guy coaching on the line and it appears Ledford is just that.
