We've all hired people that didn't fit. Count Rodney Purvis in that group. I do think that there are classier ways of handling things than the way Purvis is handling this, but he's not trashing anybody. His transfer is the best outcome for both parties in the long run.
Made the Berlin trip last Saturday. I have to say that the Berlin Wall Memorial Site was the best spot I visited during the day. A lot of you post Cold War generation folks might not have the same feelings I did but I would rate this as a must see. Checkpoint Charlie and the Brandenburg Gate are about as controlled by the tourist trade as any place you'll ever go. There is a decent exhibit at CC about the occupation of Berlin during the Cold War. The Topographies of Terror site which is all about Hitler and the rise of the Nazis was also extremely well done. Ironically the biggest gouge of the day was the old East German TV tower. Khrushchev would be spinning in his grave if he knew people were paying 15€ to ride the elevator to the top.
Tony Buzbee is an ambulance chaser's ambulance chaser. I thought most of his practice was in Galveston County. I can't believe he's got a case that is this high profile. Mario's ex is obviously going scorched earth in an effort to keep the ring even though she's "not a gold digger".
