I’m glad there was no camera on me, especially one that could be used in a hypothetical commitment proceeding.

To be honest with you guys, I didn’t think we had it in us last night. Shame on me. The student reaction video is pure joy. I’m 31 years old and had the exact same reaction in my living room 🙂 Go Pack!!!

I had a cajun filet biscuit and a gallon of Mountain Dew this morning to rid me of my hangover. What did the trick for you this morning?

Oh, mine will be with me for awhile yet. Two cups of coffee, tall glass of V8 raspberry/concord grape, and 800 mg of ibuprofen so far. Holding the oxy in reserve for later b/c don’t want to waste it on a lost cause. By 2 maybe it will actually HELP.

The joys of being in one’s 40s.

800 mg of ibuprofen so far

I typically do 1200 to 1400 mg at a time … much healthy.

I’d do anything to drink like I did when I was in my early 20’s. I use to be able to rinse, repeat and so on. Nowadays my body acts like it wants to shut down completely. “Glory Days” was my Pandora alarm this morning. How fitting.

Hydration, my man. It’s all about the hydration. Get some carbs in there, never stop drinking water and then enjoy your drinking!!!

Had to watch the game again. LSU scored 5 points over last 10:17.

    Pure Joy Indeed.

    Wufpup76,

That’s what the Mountain Dew was for 🙂

    Fastback68,

KW was amazing. For someone who hasn’t played significant minutes in the last 10 games to come in and perform like that is amazing. “Big Balls” from ACDC came to mind.

I drank a Red Oak first thing this morning. A beer the next morning seems to help. Maybe it is just the Ivan Pavlov in me. I will drown myself in water and follow my same routine tomorrow night. I really enjoy the convo’s we have. We need a Statefansnation kegger or something.

Man, what a joy watching all those videos. THANK YOU!

Like someone else said, glad there was no video on me because my reaction mirrored the clip of the students. Holding my breath standing two feet from my TV, then exploding like a crazy person. Dancing and yelling around the living room. Took a couple of hours to get to sleep.

The best part to me was the way we won it. LSU played great defense on us all night. They clearly game planned well for us; took away the three point shot pretty much the whole game, they put Quarterman – a tall, physical defender – on Trevor which is the way to shut him down – just like Tokato in the first UNC game, and they never gave RT any room to breath at all. The bigs scored 30 points (of 66), 18 boards, 3 assists and 2 blocks. (LSU’s M&Ms pulled 25 boards, we’ve got a lot of room for improvement there) But our team rebounding was great, especially in the second half, they only out rebounded us by 2 overall but were ahead by 10 at the half.

But, as I said previously, Nova is our Houston this year. “When elephants dance ….”

It defies all rational thought. They couldn’t hit a free throw to save their lives. Hadn’t hit a shot in 11 minutes. But I didn’t want us to take a quicker shot. I wanted the LAST one. No chance to foul and get a second go. No chance for them to rip our hearts out with their own unlikely bucket. It defied math and logic, but Gott did what I insanely wanted. And I wasn’t upset when I saw the ball go to KH, either.

We bought tickets to FSU fb game and had a parking spot 5 rows deep right in front of Vaughan Towers. It would have been an opportune time to offer a beer or bourbon shot to any SFN posters. All anonymous of course. My better half is Corvette63. It would be interesting to say the least.

I rarely listen to the coach’s show but just happened to catch it on the car radio earlier in the season when KW was the player they had on.

Those that heard that show are not at all surprised by KW’s attitude and his ability to contribute when called upon. Every coach wants all of THAT that he can get on his roster.

With all Beejay’s new-found offense prowess, maybe Coach lets the space eater bring the ball up the floor some…

The beer I had for breakfast wasn’t bad so I had one more for dessert.
