2014 Baseball Schedule

Click here for the 2014 schedule for Collegiate Baseball Newspaper’s preseason #10-ranked Wolfpack (link), which returns three preseason All Americans (link).

In conference, State will play home series against Notre Dame, Miami, Boston College, Georgia Tech and Wake Forest and will go on the road to Florida State, Maryland, Clemson and Virginia Tech. State will play a three-game series against Duke and a single game (non-conference, as noted in the comments below) against Carolina, both at the DBAP.

State’s most notable non-conference game is the College World Series rematch against CWS champion UCLA March 1 at the USA Baseball Complex in Cary.

Technically, the game against UNC is non-conference.

Kudos to Debbie and Bubba for arranging this game. It would have been a sham(e) for these two teams not to have played this year. F you Swofford! Now how about a non conf series against Duke in football?

I got my front row tickets and am going to wear out the tarholes’ right fielder!

Midweek single game against the holes sandwiched between two conference series…wonder if Carlos will take the hill?

Concur 100% with wolfbluff. F Swofford!

To help save the ACC, we no longer get to play Duke, Virginia, Georgia Tech or Clemson twice a year in basketball. We no longer get to play Duke, UVA or GT once a season in football but rather once a decade now. And a further part of saving the league means we get to (again) play ASU 3 times, ECU and Campbell twice, Boston College 3 times, Coastal Carolina 3 times, Notre Dame 3 times, and Maryland 3 times.

Despite setting an all-time ACC single-game attendance record last season, we play UNC once, and on a neutral field at that. It’s way past time to break up the ACC.

What????? Swoff. is trying his best to protect his holes. There is no way to justify State and UNX not playing a home & home, at least. Swoff. has basically destroyed the ACC. I still say, LETS GET OUT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
