I never really understood the infatuation, relevance or usefulness of Twitter…until I allowed myself to first start using the service back in the fall. Since then, I think StateFansNation has been pretty effective using the Twitter platform to gather information, share information and cross-promote our website and message boards.
On Saturday, SFN attracted our 1,000th follower on Twitter! We’re particularly proud of that number because we actively ‘scrub’ our follower list and try to remove those followers that are obviously not ‘real’ and appear only focused on using our followers only to expand their own.
